I observed that the web site stated " We are excited to bring you new and updated information that is of importance to our members and supporters." They also stated " If you have any questions for LACECA, please email us at infolaceca. If you have any questions about the website, please contact the webmaster at webmasterlaceca. We hope you enjoy the re-vamped site!." The meta header had Affirmative Action as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles City Employees, and Hispanic City Employees which isn't as important as Affirmative Action. The other words the site uses is Chicano City Employees. Mexican City Employees is also included and will not be understood by search crawlers.
